Introduction

Naming and full identity for a streetwear label built on the ordinary. A hand-drawn wordmark, a system made to be worn in, and a launch campaign shot in the unglamorous hours the clothes actually live in.

Overview

Challenge

Challenge

The founders came to us with garments and no name. What they had instead was a position: streetwear had become costume, styled on rooftops and shot like sneaker ads, and their clothes were meant for the parts of the week nobody photographs.

Solution

The name came first. NeoYokoto is an invented place, a district that does not exist, which let the brand build its own mythology instead of borrowing Tokyo's. The wordmark is hand-drawn in marker, kept deliberately uneven, with a small stick figure glyph that works alone as the label's shorthand on tabs, zip pulls, and embroidery.

Process

Weeks one and two were naming: 68 candidates, three rounds, trademark screening on the final four. Weeks three to five were the mark itself. We drew roughly 200 wordmark passes by hand, scanned the best 14, and stress-tested them at print scale on actual blanks before choosing.

Conclusion

Conclusion

The first drop sold out its hoodie run in eleven days, and the stick figure has already been tattooed on two customers, which is not a metric we planned for but is the only one the founders quote.

What exactly is Kallisto?

Kallisto is a patient acquisition, conversion, and practice growth system built specifically for cosmetic and aesthetic dental practices. We connect acquisition, lead management, follow-up, staff execution, treatment tracking, and reporting into one system.

Is Kallisto a marketing agency or software platform?

Neither on its own. Kallisto combines the technology, acquisition system, implementation, workflows, staff training, tracking, and ongoing optimization needed to run the system inside your practice. We don't just generate leads or hand your team software and expect them to figure it out.

Does Kallisto replace our practice management software?

No. Your PMS remains your clinical and operational source of truth. Kallisto manages the acquisition and conversion process around it. We currently support deeper integration with Open Dental; practices using other PMS platforms follow a structured process for keeping treatment outcomes and revenue updated.

How does Kallisto work with our team?

We implement the system and train the people responsible for handling cosmetic opportunities. Your team gets a clear process for responding, following up, booking consultations, moving opportunities forward, and tracking outcomes. Automation handles repetitive work while important patient conversations stay human.

Is Kallisto HIPAA compliant?

Yes. Kallisto operates on HIPAA-compliant CRM infrastructure with a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) covering the platform’s storage and processing of protected health information. The infrastructure includes encryption, access controls, audit logging, and multi-factor authentication. We also design Kallisto’s workflows around responsible patient-data handling and limit how PHI moves through external systems.

How can I see Kallisto in action?

We created a 7-minute walkthrough showing how Kallisto works—from patient acquisition and follow-up through consultations, treatment tracking, and revenue attribution.
